EXAMPLES OF FASTING:
LIQUID FAST: GIVE UP SOLID FOODS
MEDIA FAST: GIVE UP SOCIAL MEDIA & OR OTHER FORMS OF ENTERTAINMENT
DANIEL FAST: FRUITS, NUTS, VEGETABLES, AND WHOLE GRAIN
